2025 ECMG Registration Form - In Person

The East Coast Michael Gathering is a reunion of like-minded people. We are not a business and we do not make any profit from putting on an event. All of the Gathering organizers and participants are volunteers. All donations collected are used to fund this and future Gathering events.

22nd Annual East Coast Michael Gathering

The Gathering will be in person at Massanetta Springs Conference Center in Harrisonburg, VA. May 6-12th, 2025. We will provide recordings of all presentations that can be recorded. Links to these recordings will be sent out the day after the presentation. Sessions that do not record well will not be recorded nor included. We will also have limited ZOOM presentations this year in order to preserve recording quality.

We request that all attendees be fully vaccinated with the most recent Bivalent Vaccine. Depending on circumstances at the time, you may be requested to take a covid test. If you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID or respiratory illness, we ask that you do not attend the gathering. You will be refunded for your in person attendance contribution. In connection with attending the 2024 Michael Students Gathering I hereby assume all responsibility and risk for any accidents, sickness, or other mishaps, including, but not limited to, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, and/or death, that may result from my attendance. In connection with my participation in the Gathering, I hereby waive my rights to any claim, cause of action, and/or the right to file a law suit against The ECMG Planning Committee, or against any of its members, volunteers, successors, and assigns. I further release all such organizations and/or persons from any and all responsibility or liability of any nature whatsoever for any loss or damage to my person or property, including, but not limited to personal injury and/or death sustained at or as a result of attending the Gathering.

This Waiver and Release of Liability is binding upon my personal representatives, trustees, heirs, successors, beneficiaries, relatives, next of kin or assigns and shall inure to the benefit of all organizations named herein as well as to their members, volunteers, successors, and assigns. If any provision of this document is held to be invalid or unenforceable, this form shall be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained in the document.
