23rd Annual East Coast Michael Gathering May 5-10, 2026

The Gathering will be in person at Massanetta Springs Conference Center in Harrisonburg, VA. We will provide recordings of all presentations that can be recorded. Links to these recordings will be sent out the day after the presentation. Sessions that do not record well will not be recorded nor included. We will also have limited ZOOM presentations this year in order to preserve recording quality.

A total of 6 are offered. If you are coming early on Tuesday, please contact Terri Green regarding your arrival and we will let you know when we are going to dinner on Tuesday night.

Which meals will you be having with us at Massanetta Springs (Required)

Count one (1) for each day you will be in attendance: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. In addition to knowing which meals you want, please give the number of each meal below. This will automatically add the cost to the total at the bottom of the form. *Please Note: Wednesday will be the only provided dinner. All other dinners will be determined in person as groups.

Donations to the Gathering will help pay our ingoing costs. Gifts to the Scholarship fund will help students attend this or future Gatherings. Gifts to a specific person will reduce or eliminate their 2026 Gathering cost. If they do not attend this year, the money will go to the Scholarship fund.

Cancel prior to April 8 for a full refund. Cancel between April 9-20th for a refund for lodging and meals portion only. No refunds after April 20th.

Upon arrival, you may be asked to take a COVID test to ensure the safety of our attendees.(Required)
We request that all attendees be fully vaccinated with the most recent Bivalent Vaccine. Depending on circumstances at the time, you may be requested to take a covid test. If you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID or respiratory illness, we ask that you do not attend the gathering. You will be refunded for your in person attendance contribution. See refund policy below. Please contact us if you are exhibiting symptoms.
